FirstBridge provides truck dispatching services to owner-operators and fleet owners, including load sourcing, rate negotiation, scheduling, and administrative support. We act solely as a dispatch service and are not a freight broker, carrier, or shipper.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available only to carriers and owner-operators who hold valid operating authority, insurance, and all required licenses under applicable laws and regulations.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for maintaining active authority, insurance coverage, and compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation laws. Clients are also responsible for the safe and timely transportation of freight.

4. No Guarantee of Loads or Rates

While we strive to secure quality loads and competitive rates, FirstBridge does not guarantee load availability, income levels, or specific rates.

5. Payment and Fees

Service fees are agreed upon prior to service commencement. Clients agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in their service agreement with FirstBridge.

6. Independent Contractor Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. Clients operate as independent contractors and retain full control over their operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

FirstBridge is not responsible for delays, losses, damages, claims, fines, or penalties arising from freight transportation, broker agreements, or carrier operations.

8. Confidentiality

All client information shared with FirstBridge is kept confidential and used solely for dispatching and service-related purposes.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time in accordance with the agreed service terms. Outstanding fees, if any, remain payable upon termination.

10. Changes to Terms

FirstBridge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction.
